School sports day – provide help to teachers with the sports activities and cover the cost of medals and drink.

November

Setanta book club order earned €227.10 for books for school.

Bake sale, raffle and coffee morning, raised €950. Raffle winners: James Wolfe, Barnaby Hartley, David Hogan, Fr Burns, Davy Hogan, Joseph Mulcahy, Tony Mulvihill, Michael O Grady, Jack Ryan, Sarah Ryan, Philomena O Connell and Lisa McGuinness.

Clothes recycling, 928kg raised €556.

The PA are delighted with €500 sponsorship from St Ailbe’s Credit Union for the school team jerseys.

Cover the cost of the shorts and socks and complete the school team kit, 22 players, €471.

December

Cover the cost of the bus to Aladdin in UL €190.

Christmas Eve Carol Singing after mass in Templebraden church. All parents and children encouraged to take part. Weather permitting!

January 2014

Organise the presentation of sponsorship from St Ailbe’s Credit Union.
Make a contribution to the cost of the upgrade of the school computers.
Garrydoolis NS PA’s AGM : date to be comfirmed.
